Purpose:
Online analysis of liquid pour point, cloud point, freezing point, and freezing point.
?Measurement principle:
This instrument is based on the principle of cold mirror measurement. The probe consists of a cold pump and a mirror surface located on its cold side, and the temperature sensor is embedded in the mirror surface; The heat generated by the third and fourth stage cold pumps is dissipated through heat pipes and fans. The optical reflection system composed of a light-emitting tube and a receiving tube detects the condensation state. By detecting the light signal, the refrigeration current is closed-loop controlled to maintain the condensation state and achieve continuous detection. The temperature sensor directly measures the condensation point temperature. Analysis standards: ASTM D 5949, SH/T 0771-2005 Chinese National Standard.
